Tutoring and staff access
Tutoring requests, conversations, availability, proposals and lesson notes are stored to coordinate learning. Staff can review requests and learning profiles; admins review tutor applications and qualifications. Assigned tutors receive relevant learning goals only with your sharing choice. Learners see shared feedback, while private tutor notes stay private to their author. Operational decisions and access changes are recorded in an append-only audit trail. Approved public tutor profiles display professional information, never private email or review notes.
What is saved
Guest practice is connected to a random browser session. If you create an account, we store your name, email, a password hash, session information and account-linked learning records. Your optional learning profile includes goals, skill estimates, exam and study plans, availability and preferences. Support needs are optional. Guardian details are required when an adult arranges learning for a child. Do not submit passports, medical records, payment details or admission documents.
Cookies and shared devices
Essential cookies keep your guest workspace or authenticated account connected. Guest cookies expire after 180 days; account sessions last up to 14 days and may renew with use. Your colour theme is stored locally. Sign out on shared devices. Guest data is not automatically attached to an account: use the explicit import control only for your own work. We use your email address to deliver account verification and password recovery messages for your account requests.
Messages and inquiries
With your consent, the contact form stores your name, email, organisation, topic, message, language and submission time so the ACEJX team can review and respond to your inquiry. Organisation is required for partnership inquiries and optional for other topics. The confirmation page and reference establish receipt; this form does not send an automatic email acknowledgement. Staff handle replies personally using the address you provide. Direct emails to our support or partnerships mailbox are also used to review and respond to your request. Share only the information needed for your inquiry.
Audio and service providers
Speaking recordings stay in your browser and are not uploaded to acejx. They are discarded when you leave the recording tool unless you download them. Listening uses your browser’s speech service, which may process text through the browser vendor. Google Fonts receives the connection information needed to deliver our fonts. Hosting and database providers process requests and records needed to operate the service. Account emails are delivered through Resend; direct business email is handled through Zoho Mail. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Export, deletion and retention
My learning exports or deletes the current workspace records and inquiries. It does not delete your account, profile or tutoring records. My account exports account information and offers an account-deletion review request. Staff review outstanding lessons and necessary records before fulfilling that request; it is not instant deletion. Active records remain until deleted, and automatic inactivity deletion has not been introduced. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own processes.
Current scope
acejx is a venture in formation. This site does not represent a registered company, physical test centre or exam-provider authorisation. The current service has no advertising trackers, paid checkout or official exam booking. This notice will be updated before changes to the operator or data practices are introduced.
